KR1 / KR1S Crank web with integral pin
For a long time rebuilding KR1 / KR1s cranks has been a bit of trouble as the big end pin was an integral part of one of the webs on this bike.
As a result if your big end went, or if the bike had done a good number of miles then the pin would pit or wear and you'd have to around buying second-hand cranks and getting them split in the hope that you might find a web with a good pin - an expensive process.
We do build a lot of cranks for these with our jig and true them to within 0.01mm as well as ensure they are exactly 180 degrees apart and can supply all other parts for these cranks.
