    Kawasaki KH750 Race Connecting Rod Kit 
     
    Racing connecting rod kit with a silver plated, rod located big end bearing, The cage is very different to the pin located bearings, and the same type used on TZ's etc.  This style bearing is far superior and can handle a lot more power than the the original copper plated, and pin located big ends that fail when the engine is even lightly tuned. The Rod located bearings were the big leap forward in the early 80's, when the big end bearing controlled maximum power output.
     
     

     Fits all Kawasaki H1-500  The connecting rod has a large ventilation slot for extra cooling and lubrication. The use of special Polyether ether ketone (PEEK) coating on the lower bearing allows for superior performance.  The updated lower bearing cage has additional needle rollers for added durability.  It is made with modern materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure an as good or better than OEM fitment and performance. Kit includes a rod, crank pin, big end bearing, wrist pin bearing, and two thrust washers.   

     

    Polyether ether ketone is a colourless organic thermoplastic polymer in the polyaryletherketone family, used in engineering applications. The polymer was first developed in November 1978, later being introduced to the market by Victrex PLC, then Imperial Chemical Industries in the early 1980s.
    Melting point: 343 °C
    Thermal conductivity (k): 0.25 W/(m?K)
    Elongation (?) at break: 50%
    Glass transition temperature (Tg): 143 °C
    Notch test: 55 kJ/m2
    Water absorption—over 24 hours: 0.1%
