Increases volume of KIPS resonator bottle to give better bottom end with no reduction in top end!
This modification effectively changes the tuned length of the exhaust via the KIPS system. It helps to increase the tractability of the bike by significantly reducing the dip in power where the powervalve changes position and also at the mid to lower power range without decreasing top end power.
The actual horsepower improvement is fairly small in terms of bhp, but but there is a performance improvement from around 4500krpm up to 6500rpm of up to 9%. You won't find a simpler power increase of the like for comparable money. More than anything else this mod makes the bike easier to use day to day.
Please note that you are purchasing either one thick spacer or two thin spacers depending on availability and three stainless steel cap screws to mount it in one purchase.
