TR750 XR11 DRY CLUTCH LIFTER MECHANISM COMPLETE
This is the complete lifter mechanism (or cover) including the casting, lifter rack, lifter shaft, bush, spring, actuator arm bolt and washer.
Please note that there are two sizes of lifter rack - this lifter takes the longer 45mm rack.
The main casting and the actuator lever are both made from magnesium and chromated, the lifter shaft is hardened, hollow steel to reduce weight as is the rack. The rack retaining bolt is a cheese head in the original style and the pinch bolt on the actuator arm is ally for minimum weight.
Made as a near exact replica of the original part to look authentic it is the GP standard part of the day now available for your road bike or replica. Only the most modern sports road bikes now come with magnesium parts which were always the reserve of racing machines.
Many changes were made to the TR dry clutch over the years with more and more effort being put in to reducing the weight and improving the ventilation. We chose this option to copy as it is the lightest and the most effective. The changes made to make the clutch cool properly were not discovered until the RG500 and we have made these changes to one of the versions of our baskets and pressure plates. These changes will work best with this clutch lifter.
