     HEAD O-RING HEAD MACHINE SERVICE ONLY

    TIRED OF BLOWING HEAD GASKETS AND EXPENSIVE REPLACEMENTS EVERY TIME YOU TAKE YOUR HEADS OFF?

    Please note that this item is a SERVICE ONLY and DOES NOT include heads!

     

    To resolve this issue we have machined heads to fit o-rings instead, which allows greater pressures to be contained and gives the added advantage that gaskets do not need replacing every time you take your heads off.

      Even when the o-rings do need replacing they are considerably cheaper than a gasket set.

    We re-machine the combustion chamber and the squish area at the same time as adding the O-rings. The standard squish is nowhere near parallel to the piston and the head volume varys considerably from one to another. Obviously we allow for the head gasket removal, which is why we need either your old gasket or an accurate measurement of the one you are taking out.

    For straightforward work you need only send us your heads AND whatever gaskets you have been using and we will CNC machine your heads to suit and supply O-rings.

    You MUST Provide the following measurments for machining :

    Distance from edge of piston crown to the top of the cylinder at TDC :(Deck Height)

    Distance from top of exhaust port to top of the cylinder.

    If you are running non-standard pistons the dome height.
