     Yamaha FZR 400 3TJ Ride Height Adjuster

     
    This works by screwing into the frame in place of where the standard top shock mount retaining bolt went.
     
    By rotating it left and right it allows for super accurate changes to really dial in your suspension,to lock to the set height, tighten up the M8 pinch bold which is down the centre.
