    Product Description

     TR750 replica complete ignition side with Electrex /BDK Zeeltronic Fully Programmable Ignition System 
     
    This is all the kit you need to make the ignition side of your replica look like an original TR but with the advantage of a modern, reliable ignition that allows easy starting and maximum power throughout the rev range.
    Saves a huge of weight from the bike and slims the bike down dramatically.  Allows the fitting of TR replica fairing. Self generating ignition means no need for a battery!
     
     
    This is the whole kit for the ignition side:Eletrex World
    Magnesium ignition casing (available in two styles)
    Magnesium ignition cover
    Grommet for ignition cover
    Water pump drive gears
     Taper changer to convert the GT crank taper to the TR size to take the bearing, seal and gear (all included)
    Electrex world stator
    Ignition rotor
    3 x coils
    3 x CDI'S
    3 x spark plug caps
    Electrex mounting kit
    coil brackets
    stop switch

    Please Note: Instead of two separate zeeltronic boxes we now provide a single more compact box that functions the exact same way.
     
    The fully programmable ignition features:
     
    The handheld programmer for live and static programming, live readouts of information and no need for laptop / power source (pit lane programming)
    Store and load function for 5 ignition curves
    Shift light output
    Power jet output
    Quick shift sensor input
    Three stage rev limiter (retard, reduced spark, no spark)
    Provision for handlebar mounted map switch (switch not included)
    Live programming (engine running)
    each curve from 4 to 16 point
    advance/retard for whole curve
    advance/retard for each channel individually (cylinder)
    Minimum supply voltage 8 Volts
    Max supply voltage 20 Volts
    Max supply for 1 minute 40 Volts
    current draw 25 mAmps
