The complete package to convert your 5 speed to a 6 speed close ratio gearbox!
This is a very high quality, close-ratio gearbox with the standard or long input shaft to fit ALL the Kawasaki H1/KH500/H1R models.
Beautifully machined and of far better quality than a standard box.
Neutral is between 1st and 2nd gear as normal, everything is superfinished, it uses the OEM Forks etc, includes new needle bearings and outer races which are no longer available. Also includes the selector drum and neutral indent + spring and longer bolt to suit. It comes fully assembled with all shims, clips and bearings, also the special needle roller bearing and outer race which is no longer available.
We are considering making new forks, from EN40B as all the ones we have seen are worn out. There are forks available from the USA, but we don't know the quality or material, save to say they are from China.....

Please note that some h1/kh500 crankcases have different machining and the transmission will need to be shimmed to get perfect fitment, shims will be provided with the gearbox to do this.
