Stronger steel EN24T replacements for these discontinued items.

Superfinished to allow smooth operation and less buildup of carbon deposits.

Our latest valves have our BDK Logo engraved into them, a tooth chamfered to easily identify correct positioning and a groove at the top to identify left (without groove), and right (with groove)valves.

Following the success of our KMX200 steel KIPS valves we were contacted by a good number of KDX200 riders who were complaining of the aluminium KIPS valves damaging and sheering off teeth at an alarming rate.

If you buy the valves or gear separately then they come with a bush

Please make sure that the area where the valves go is cleaned thoroughly - particularly inside the locating hole in the bottom of the valve cavity. It is dirt building up in this hole and around the perimeter of the valve which leads to failure. Whilst a steel valve is unlikely to fail it will still load the system. Regular cleaning will still be required for effective operation.

For clarity included in this kit are the left and right valves and the idler gear in steel and the aluminium top bushes for these valves and gear.
