    Product Description

    Please confirm your bike model when purchasing this ignition plate for KH/H1/H2 engine cases 

    Allows for the fitting of various CDI ignitions including our recommended Zeeltronic ignition system.

    We also have a small batch of Ignitech trigger patter rotors if needed (please message for avalibility/Fitment)

    Not only does this conversion allow for a modern, accurate, reliable and adjustable ignition system to be fitted it also reduces the crank weight significantly over the original improving acceleration and throttle response as well as reducing gyroscopic effect (encouraging the bike to turn better). We can supplywith or without factory made loom with both connectors to wire it to your new ignition system. Please note, the H1 and H2 rotors are different keyway position. 

    The rotor is CNC machined EN24T which has been dynamically balanced to avoid vibration issues.  It has a keyway slot incorporated so that it can easily be removed and replaced without re-timing the ignition. Uses M30 x 1.0mm extractor, also supplied. 

    The aluminium plate is clear anodised CNC machined 6082T6. (All now Hard Anodised).

    We also make a race generator that goes on top of this, it does need a different rotor, but bolts on top of the pickup plate.

    Please see various options in drop down box. Option with Generator includes Our Regulator Rectifier, but we do not include the Ignition system. Suitable system is Zeeltronic PDCI-30
