KAWASAKI AR80 / AR93 Clutch Outer basket kick-start dog repair service
Sadly AR80 outer clutch baskets are no longer available and have a habit of tearing off the kick-starter dogs.
In fact the original casting isn't that good and has plenty of holes inside it and no doubt this combined with harsh jumps on the kick-start lead to the trouble.
We machine out the old dogs and repair the clutch with much better quality aluminium to provide a good quality repair.
