This replaces your original 14mm (for AR50) or 18mm (AR80) inlet manifold giving an increase of square area of between 36% & 225% allowing for a much greater fuel/air flow.
Brand new for 2015 is the latest version of our 21mm manifold.
Having discovered that the V-force reed blocks really did improve performance we took it one step further and designed the manifold specifically for them.
The inlet has been computer designed and carefully CNC machined from multiple directions to gradually change the square area and shape of the inlet so as to maximise the fuel mixture flow for ultimate performance. Our best performing manifold yet at the cost of significantly increased machining time and visible machining marks on the non sealing face.
The manifold is CNC machined in aluminium with a hole to take your original oil feed and clear anodised to protect it against corrosion.
Gives a performance upgrade on all the models and is more than capable of releasing the full performance potential of even the 93cc models.
Of course you will only see a benefit from this flowed manifold if you have a larger than standard carburettor to match it.
